The car came to a halt at a red stoplight and she took her right arm and reached behind her neck, pulling out a white veil which she then tied with both hands behind her head so that she looked like a bandit from the wild, wild West, the intricately designed silk veil covering the bottom half of her face. Her eyes seemed a deeper blue when placed in direct contrast with the bright white veil covering her nose and mouth.
